Broken limb or storm damage?

If a tree or limb is touching a power line, stay back and call 911 and Idaho Power at 1-800-488-6151. Stay as far away as possible - at least 100 feet. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Urgent requests are reviewed quickly. We’ll reply to let you know the earliest we can visit.

We do not offer overnight emergency response.

For some situations, we’ll do make‑safe work first (like removing the immediate hazard) and return later to finish cleanup.
